The short version

Grappling carries a real risk of serious injury. You take on that risk and release S4, its sponsors, officials and others at the event from liability, including for their negligence.
You consent to first aid, and S4 can use photos and video of you from the event without pay.
S4 can edit or decline registrations, and you give up a jury trial for any dispute about the event.
